What Does the Warranty Covers

The Aquatron, Inc.  warranty covers defects in the parts or manufacturing of all Aquatron, Inc products. We will give you provide you with new replacement parts in exchange for the defective parts. This warranty doesn’t apply to basic replacement filter such as sediment, carbon, and final inline filters. The membrane has prorated warranty from the date of purchase.

 

What to Do in Case of Replacement

In case of replacing any parts, please call us at (818) 500-4090 or send an email to support@aquatroninc.com and describe the problem to our support team. Be sure to have a copy of your purchase confirmation email or receipt. Our support will verify that the product and problem are under warranty and help you arrange to send your defective part back to Aquatron, Inc with your receipt and contact information (name, address, phone number, email address). Our support team will arrange the shipping of new part to your door step.

 

Warranty Duration

This warranty is effective for 1 full year from the date of original purchase.  

 

What Is Not Covered

The labor is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover any removal or installations. Damaged parts due to negligence of accumulation of dirt and neglect by postponing routine maintenance is not covered under this warranty.  Also the systems with the serial number removed or altered, damage from improper storage such as outside high or low temperature or damage caused by sun damage are not covered under this warranty. Improper  installations, damages from system abuse or unintended operation of system, acts of God, improper water source, modification, negligence, commercial use of the system, filters, RO membrane, incidental damages from system failure, systems used with parts not provided by Aquatron, Inc  or cosmetic damages are not covered under this warranty.

 

State Requirements

Some states have further regulation on damages and warranty coverage. You may have other rights depending on your state.
