Returns
Orders cancelled within 12 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after 12 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aquatroninc.com. Upon receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number you may send your item to: Aquatron Inc., 14731 Lull Street, Van Nuys CA 91405


Shipping
To exchange or return your product, you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Upon receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number you may send your item to: Aquatron Inc., 14731 Lull Street, Van Nuys CA 91405.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the exchange is due to the wrong product being shipped from Aquatron, Aquatron will be responsible for paying the shipping cost. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
