Aquatron’s latest state of the art metered water softener, is a high flow-rate system designed for today’s upscale homes with more plumbing fixtures and greater water demands.

How a does it work?

• The Water Softening Process: Hard water enters the water softener system, passing through the resin inside the tank. Hard water minerals are attracted to the resin & water is softened to service the home.

• Regeneration Process: Water softener system goes into regeneration when resin becomes saturated with hard water minerals. This process frees resin of hard minerals so it is ready to soften again. Brain water is drawn into the tank & rinses hard water minerals off the resin & down the drain. Fresh water rinses remaining brine water out of system leaving it ready for service.
